General Manager
With a degree in management from Concordia University, and a wealth of experience at National Bank and National Bank Financial, Mehdi joined Securvie Financial Group as partner and general manager in 2021. In addition to holding various positions in finance, he has honed his management, recruitment and coaching skills. His impressive track record includes, among other things, the specification of a market niche for which he has designed and implemented a business development plan.
Johannie L’Écuyer
Operations Manager
Johannie joined the Securvie Financial Group team in 2014. In 2015, she obtained her Personal Insurance and Group Savings Representative certificate. At Securvie, she oversees operations and participates in strategic initiatives, working closely with Mehdi Perrault and Eric Harvey to monitor and assign files to customer support advisors. Johannie also follows up with clients referred to us and plays a role in training new team members.
Eric Harvey

With a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a specialization in finance from HEC Montréal, Eric is an individual insurance specialist (personal and commercial) qualified to guide our clients through every stage of their insurance planning. By integrating the concept of wealth management, he suggests scenarios that offer our customers the desired protection, financial security and peace of mind.
After working with National Bank Insurance Firm in 1999 , Eric founded Securvie Financial Group in 2015. Over the course of his career, he has been the recipient of numerous awards, including Top Insurance Producer for National Bank Wealth Management in 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Underwriting File Coordinator
Maria joined the Securvie Financial Group team in 2016 as an underwriting file coordinator. Her role is to take charge of handling client files, and to proceed with the implementation of insurance policies. Since her early days in the insurance industry, Maria has set herself apart through her meticulous attention to detail, her life experience, and the humanism she demonstrates on a daily basis.
Fanny Phan
Project Coordinator
A programming and graphic design specialist, Fanny worked for the National Bank for 10 years. Fanny is in charge of our information technology department and provides support to our users. Thanks to her experience in marketing and customer service, she founded various marketing companies. In 2022, she joined Securvie to take charge of multiple projects ranging from marketing to operational support and customer service.
